I'm sorry about that, I didn't realize that this would happen.  I
wrote the code to calculate production abilities based on the game
documentation not the code the game actually executes, and nothing
in the documentation specifies that you won't use as much raw materials
as you have.  I guess I got caught by the discrepancy as well; I
assumed the obvious (though it did make the calculations a little
bit harder.)

How hard would it be to update the game to do this the expected
way, or would it break other things in the game?
