1) How can someone conquer a nomadic-camp:

Well, all military actions working against a Legion, can be used against
a nomadic-camp. So you can kill the soldiers, kill or arrest the characters
and get the items from the camp, but there is no chance to get the population.

2) Helm of Dueling:

I once heard it is for giants only, giving them some small combat bonuses,
but maybe I am wrong with this race-limitation.

Well they changed the invulnerability of soldiers now in Austria too(sigh)-
It has a maximum of 3 now.

4) A Question:

Does anybody know what the item #980 Master touch(Dont know if this translation
is correct-the ID IS correct) does(COA) ???

5) The company where I am playing:

right now, and 1 of each will start soon. And there is a special game of ROI
going on too, where some players got all fraction-leaders in the beginning
and the rest got some additional points to create more powerful characters.
