The rules are based heavily on the version of United known as Electro-United (being run by Jeremy Billiones). The first 30 respondents will be given clubs, anyone else will be put on a waiting list for future club openings or expansion teams. I would like to get the league set up before I leave for Christmas (Dec 17) and start the first season when I get back (Jan 4 or so).
