I'm playing Kusan and according to the rules the Eastern Deserts lack national intergrity. If that is so, how do they field Imperial Armies with more troops than my entire country? I can understand them having provincial armies, even big provincial armies, but 69?!!! Also, I recently defeated the Jaga tribes who had expanded into the Swampy Jungles. I defeated all of its armies and own all of its territories, but for the last 5 turns my Chancellor reports that the Jaga tribes 1st Imperial Army has been sited camped in my province! I've negotiated piece with them and they've accepted, but I can't figure out whats going on. I don't lke the idea of them just sitting there and I can't do anything about it! Thanks, Jim Up
