It's pretty formulaic, but that's probably best.  Maybe use the last point
on ST instead of SP to let you be within one train of using all heavier LU
weapons.

First of all, lower his AL in minute 1.  Try between 4 and 6, with extremes
being 2 and 8.  Also, Deciseiveness against offensives is a good idea early
in you career, when you don't have the defense to go toe to toe without it.
Even with this advice, this guy probably isn't any better than Home Guard
potential (says he of the luckiest slasher ever...).
