DM: Activity Level From: picasso@acs.nntp-read.bu.edu (David Ondzes) Date: Fri, 26 Feb 1993 11:48:13 +0000 It is a popular belief that going 10-10-something will make your warrior as fast as possible so he can attack first; I disagree. To make a warrior as fast as possible you should use a 10 attack level and his favorite activity level or use the class average if it is not known. It has been my experience that Lungers like a HIGH activity level while slashers like a LOW, yes 3-4, activity level. Numerous times I have had managers ask me for advice on how I would run their slasher. The one thing they always question is the activity level I suggest. Going with a warriors (or style) favorite activity level with help out all the warrior areas, riposte, defensive, decis, init; While going 10-10 for a slasher will hurt him more then help him, they are made to jump around and swing wildly. So what do you guys think ? Also what favorites (averages) do you know of about other styles. Most Aimed Blows like moderate-moderate. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ | *** *** | My Pride and Joy: | | *** *** | Max 5-148 of Skull Smasher in Kaltos | | *** *** | record: 121-52-2 (1 of my original 5) | | *** ** *** | | | *** ** *** | Motto: Perfect Warrior: | | *** ** *** | Slash 'Em Up 9-3-4-17-17-17-17 SL | | ************ | | |************ izard of Oz | picasso@acs.bu.edu | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ | Active Arenas: 33,43,100,102 | | coming soon to arena near you ! | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Referenced By Up
