DELUXE EMPIRE TOURNAMENT: MANITOBA OPEN #1

I have decided to try getting a game of Deluxe Empire started via e-mail.
We will be playing on a computer-generated world with the following
parameters selected:

Advanced Rules, Random World Generation

The map size will be 75 x 200 with wrap enabled.

If you're interested, leave me e-mail by Friday, March 19.  The game, of
course, allows for 6 players - there are 5 slots currently available as I
will be playing too.  These will be filled on a first-come, first-served
basis.

Since each of the players will be "play-by-mail", it will be both
necessary and fair that each players' net address and color affiliation be
made available to all.  When the game begins, a list with these
particulars will be sent to all players.
