Dont think that the guild adds anything to the minimum chance. Best way to train such charcters is to cast and research spells. Got a seer with 43 after 1 1/2 year of playing now. The levels went up by using the profession. A question: Is there any guild that gives you higher chance on practicing Influence or Tactics, or do they only advance during using the skill, or combat ?
