Players Needed: Galaxy Game "Nasty"

For those who wern't subscribed to the list the first time this was
announced.....   There are still a few positions open.

For those who want to get these game accouncements sent to their mailbox
well before they're posted to rec.games.pbm, subscribe to galaxy-list
on beast-serv.  (Send a message to "beast-serv@acca.nmsu.edu" with the
subject of "subscribe galaxy-list" to get on the mailing/discussion list.)

I'm starting yet another Galaxy game.  This one will be called "Nasty"
and for a very good reason :)

Are you sick of diplomacy?  Ever wanted to just go out and hack everyone
to pieces and win the game?  Well, this will be the theme in the Nasty
game.  Backstabbing and such aren't just allowed, but encouraged :)
This is your chance to see what it feels like to be a galactic Saddam
Hussein.  Diplomacy is fine, as long as it's overly misleading and
manipulative.  Who can you trust?  Who knows?  Who cares?!  Never trust an
ally that isn't serving his/her/it's own purposes and you might be ok.
Then again, maybe not.   Hehehehahahah!

The setting in this game will encourage aggression; there will be lots of
people crowded into a galaxy with too few planets.  You'll have to start
killing each other off early to survive :)

IMPORTANT!  READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW OR YOU WON'T GET IN THE GAME.

To register for the "Nasty" game:

Mail galaxy@acca.nmsu.edu with a subject of "register nasty".  That's
all there is to it.  You'll recieve game info and a copy of the rules.
NOTE!  To ensure that this works properly, make sure that the address
that you want your reports sent to is in the Reply-To: header of the
message you send.  It should work anyway, but sometimes it doesn't.
Haven't figured out why yet.

Please only mail me personally if you find a problem.  (Don't hesitate
to mail me if you do though.)
