I don't know the answer to this, but raises the general question of observe/spy
reported attribute levels.  It would be nice to know that numeric scales on
attributes PC, TAC, INF and Prestige that correspond to phrases like 'good',
'average', 'above average', 'excellent', 'god-like' ...... etc.

You can get these by observing your own characters.  You then have the report and
the numbers.  I can dig out old turns and start compiling such a rating scale
but does anyone out there have it already?

P.S. The 'God-like' rating I have only seen on PC for the Overlord.
