Description:

The EFL (www.the-efl.com)has been running for about five years now - in
which time we've managed to keep a core of managers whilst welcoming in
new players over time.	 As our turnover of managers has not been
exceptionally high, we've sometimes missed the opportunity to bring in the
new ideas and the enthusiasm new managers bring.  As a result the EFL has
decided to expand!

Given the existing structure of the EFL, we felt that the best way to
expand was not to add two divisions below those that already exist.
Instead it made more sense to effectively run a sister league (conference)
alongside the one that already exists and have links between the two.

This new conference will consist of 2 divisions of 10 teams, just like the
original league  - with the teams being setup with similar skill ranges
and finances to make the two conferences comparable. The new conference
called EFL B will run along side the original EFL (EFL A) and will have
inter-league transfers as well as inter-league cup competitions.

We're therefore on the lookout for active managers, meaning somebody who
not only is reliable when it comes to sending in team sheets and making
some transfers now and then to improve their team, but also somebody who
likes to write the occasional match review, player interview, etc. And
likes to get involved in discussions about ways to improve the EFL even
further. Over the years we've made many friends through the league and
we'd hope that the new people would be looking for to get the same
benefit.
