(It took a while because of the number of slots and people being on vacation.) The game will start sometime next week, however, instead of immediately. This is partially to get the code ready for the "toroidal" (i.e. "wrap-around") system that I'm using to facilitate maximum nastyness (everybody will be surrounded :) and also because the machine that the game is running on will be down for a period of time this weekend and it didn't seem like a good time to get things started.
