DM: Roll-Up: Scum? From: gharris@jade.tufts.edu (George W. Harris) Date: Tue, 20 Apr 1993 18:05:17 +0000 Well, just got a turn back, having done well, 3-2-1, 10-5-2 over the last three. I did have a warrior killed, but it was a 3-0 dixie slasher, so it's a good thing since it lets me bloodfeud (unless they DA, which they should). Anyway, the upshot of all this is I've got a new roll-up to play with. Let me give you a peek: 3-15-12-10-14-8-8 Well, I saw that CN, and immediately thought Scum!, esp. since that and the WL are the only two decent stats. I was thinking something like 5-21-12-10-20-8-8-TP which couldn't hit too often or too hard, but sure as hell could take some tremendous damage. But I took another look here and thought I might have a possible decent warrior, something like 6-15-12-15-17-8-11 which could be a slasher, lunger, parry-strike, parry-lunge, waste, or even a decent long-term TP. Weapon selection would suck (I'd probably stay away from a waste on that aspect alone), but they'd have good endurance and damage-taking capability. So, what say you? Should I go with the scum, get a quick winning record and DA, or go with the marginal guy who'll probably qualify for ADM at 22-24? I'm thinking of going for the Dixie scum just to be reviled and get my w-l up to .500, but I'm open to suggestions. -- The Hero Warriors "The moment had come, I swallowed my gum, Veastian Arena We knew there'd be blood on the sands pretty soon!
