2 more rollups From: khearn@pyrps5.eng.pyramid.com (Keith Hearn) Date: Wed, 21 Apr 1993 22:14:42 +0000 Well, Mayhem, Inc. is starting to turn around. We won two of our three non-DA fights this week. Of course, the two DA fights were losses as expected. They were both original warriors, made before I knew anything, so they didn't have much long or short term potential, anyway. This, of course, leaves me with two rollups to deal with. Both look somewhat interesting, but I'm not sure what to do with them. First off, there's the 10-13-6-16-8-8-9. Nice Wit, can easily be 21. Everything else is decent. What would you suggest, and why? I'm particularly interested in why you more experienced (and you're almost *all* more experienced than I) managers would pick one style or another. The second is a big guy, and not much more can be said about him. He's 8-9-17-10-9-8-9. What's the best style for someone who's only distinguishing feature is his large size? Will he have any long term potential? I'm quite willing to run a short term fighter who will get me wins for a while, then head for the DA, if that's what he'd be best for. I need to bring up my W/L ratio. Arlon -- Arlon Greyfletch, Manager of Mayhem, Inc. / After nine turns of fights, Vithicar Arena (game #49) since turn 98 / we're 13-30-4. Not too good, khearn@pyramid.com / but things are starting to (408) 428-7304 or (510) 263-2701 / turn around. Referenced By Up
