In Realms III, Blast of Power is Now a Warlock level 6 spell.  It is a duel spell.

I think that it casts a magical attack of 15Xthe arcane rating and a SA of 5.  You need
mithril(422) and Meldorian Seeds(1105) to cast.

Spell 415 Priest level 0 is a vacant AA spell slot.  Say nothing to the GM.  When some
one creates an AA spell with that ID, you will have it!

Learn the Blast of Power.
