Plateau is a new abstract strategy game for two players. It is available for sale in select stores around the world. A computer version has been developed that facilitates play by two human players via email. The email version (called Honor Plateau) needs a basic computer player facility so that novices can get up to speed. Extensive work has been done developing heuristics. Also, lots of the basics such as rule checking and board generation are complete. We at Magnolia Games Inc. have a very liberal policy concerning computer implementations of Plateau.
