The austrian LEG company uses the same data file for the items as the US. The
only problem is with unexperienced players who are not able to calculate the
right bonuses (there are still people who tell me abou items that give you +5 INV
- this isn't possible, the INV values are fixed values and only the highest on
counts [if you have INV 2 and after equipping an item you got INV 5 the item
gives you 5 INV and NOT +3 INV]). The only problem that I see is with
retranslating the names of the items (can create funny results!) (and Ancient
Arcane).
