If not can anyone explain the basics about it? I meen MAR/SAR is pretty self explanitory, but INV/DAM aren't clicking. Is it normal in NIC for characters to have starting INV/DAM values, or is this luck.... Yes I recieved my setup for NIC4, even got my requested setup location.
