Oh, so he's a TP? I'm in Vithicar, and he hasn't fought since
  december, when I started. I guess he's being saved for tourneys.

The prize was a potion that will lower size by three and allow you to
  a three to any stat(s) of your choice, with a limit of 25 for any one
  stat.
