Yuck! I hate low WT characters.  I might try 13-10-16-4-21-7-13 BA.  Put him
in APA/F and run him 10's in OE & KD with a low AL.  I'd probably make his
first fight a DA though.

Why can't *I* get a roll-up like this! :-)  10-3-17-17-21-3-13 LU or PL,
train ST to 11 right away and run him 10-10-7-HE-HE.  He'll suck defensively,
but should do some nice damage.

9-8-6-15-21-8-17 PR?   Not sure how to run this, though.  I've never had
a PR.  I'd probably try running defensively for a while, and work up
to a moderate stategy. A LU or PL might work too.
