How hideous.  I'd go 11-16-21-8-15-4-9 Basher, run him starkers and
train stats.  Give him the biggest weapon he can carry and try to kill a
few people.  Actually, you could probably run him in plate; he's not going
to get the jump on anyone anyway.  DA as soon as he kills someone with a
teammate who can beat him, or he loses two in a row.

Well, with a 4 will he's not going anywhere.  I'd go with
13-9-7-21-9-10-15.  He'd make a good AB, but those can be hard to run.
Try a slasher, since he could use pretty much any good slasher weapon
from epee to Great Axe except the Battle Axe (I think, he might not be
big enough for GA).

They're unloading all the trash on you. 8-12-14-15-11-11-13.  Train
ST to 9 as soon as you can.  Maybe a lunger, maybe a striker.  I'm at a loss.

This guy might not be too bad.  9 is pretty much the perfect size.
I'd go 10-12-9-17-15-7-15.  He'd make a pretty good wall of steel if you
get his ST to 11, or a slasher or lunger.

Basher.  13-9-14-5-21-9-13.  Put him in chain, say, give him a mace
or morning star, let him go after people.  Train stats.  DA at the first kill
or two losses in a row.
