Firebreather From: mcapron@vaxa.weeg.uiowa.edu Date: Mon, 07 Jun 1993 02:56:22 +0000 Hello all, I was asked about this game awhile back and unfortunately that was the time my carrier was doing some switcheroos and I didn't have much access to the system. Anyway, Firebreather is a game modeled after the Dungeon and Dragons setting. You have 3 types of characters (Wizard, Elf=thief, Fighter) to choose from to fill the party of 6 that you control. You search out treasure and fight monsters. Dragon Magazine has their add every once in a while. The name of the company running the game is Horizon Games. The address is Horizon Games 4968 Yukon Ave N New Hope, MN 55428 It has free rules and set up. The description of the game found in the rules goes: FIREBREATHER is a game of fantasy adventuring, set in an enchanted realm where knights battle dragons, unicorns appear to the pure of heart, and shuddersome apparitions hide under the cloak of moonlight. To this scene come a party of adventurers seeking to make a name for themselvt themselves in this promising field. Now you can play the part of these adventurers, stepping into an unknown realm of heroic fantasy. Sorry about the goof up in the middle. The game has a very easy turnsheet. It is mediocre in the realm of user friendly and is getting better all the time. If you want more information let me know. --Mark Up
