Just make shure you all have your turn on the same day, then one conqueres the lair, with the force commandant of one of his friends. The position of the force commandant now ows the lair has a full turn to get all things out of it. If you have a 3rd player on the same day, the 2nd may give the empty force to the 3rd and this guy may change the village into a legion, so you also save the prestige, and other players have no chance of robbing the lair away.
