New in version 1.4 that 1.3 did not have:

o platform.h now handles the hp port (I hope).
o README files updated
o bug fixed when too many races in save.ships.
o If called up with argument '-' will read in
  a turn report from stdin.
o Function to estimate number of ships a planet
  may produce readded by popular demand.

  for cap, mat, drive, shield, weapon, or cargo.
