Shield Strength = Shields * Shield Tech * (30 / Mass)**(1/3)

Weapon Strength = Weapons * Weapon Tech

Hit Probability = Log (4 * Weapon Strength / Shield Strength) / Log (16)

(If less than 0, then 0.  If greater than 1, then 1.)

Shield Strength = 10 * 1.0 * (30 / 30)**(1/3) = 10.0

Weapon Strength = 10 * 1.0 = 10.0

Hit Probability = Log (4 * 10.0 / 10.0) / Log (16) = Log (4) / Log (16) = 0.5

Log (4 * Weapon Strength / Shield Strength) / Log (16) > 0.0

4 * Weapon Strength / Shield Strength > 1.0

Weapon Strength > Shield Strength / 4

Shield Strength = n * (30 / n)**(1/3) = 30**(1/3) * n**(2/3)

Weapon Strength > 30**(1/3) * n**(2/3) / 4 > 0.776 n**(2/3)
