Description:

This will be a College League using the ACTION PC Sports 2004-2005
Basketball simulation. Players may select a team of their choice from the
'Available Teams' link, check the 'Members' link first to see if your
choice/s have been taken, send a choice of 3 teams to me.

Their will be two divisions with 6 teams in each. Each team will play 34
games, 5 against each team in their own division and 9 against random
teams in the other division. Their will be four 12 minute periods played.
If we have waiting players interested I will expand the league at the end
of the season, if their are enough players I will create another division
or more.

Games will be run on Tuesday and Friday mornings early EST, each day all
stats will be uploaded. All the Box Scores will be kept for reference
during the season.

Players may make roster changes that involve how many minutes players may
play in each period, also ratings changes may be made to each player as to
their usage during the game. That's shown under the link 'Game Plans and
Usages'.

The sim generates a schedule that I have to condense so every team plays
both days. The season will be 17 weeks long then a week or less for the
tournament.

At the end of the season a tournament will take place with all teams
involved. Teams finishing first will be seeded 1st, then down to the last
team in each division.

At the end of a season players may change teams with first choices going
to the worst W/L records.

We will play two seasons using the 2004-2005 disk, if the interest is
still up for the game then I will get this current season 2005-2006, where
Seniors from the previous disk will be gone and new players drafted in by
the sim.
