[PBEM News] Seeking a one-on-one PUNISHER PBeM

His name is Frank Castle.  They call him The Punisher.

For years, the Punisher has waged a war against crime.  The body count
has been enormous, the violence incalculable, but Frank Castle's war
is no closer to ending than it ever was before.  There's always one
more dirtbag who needs a bullet in the head to straighten him out,
always one more shady enterprise ready for the shattering blow of a
C4 hammer.

If society won't punish the guilty, he will.

Clearly I like the Punisher.  I'm looking for a one-on-one PBeM with a
creative someone, preferably using the diceless variant of Wushu, or
The Karmic Cycle.  This would allow for a more dynamic, prose-based
narrative, as opposed to a lot of virtual dice-rolling.

Ideally play would be informed by the recent Punisher console title
(meaning: stylish, continuity-light and action-oriented), and have a
definite beginning, middle and end.  An email frequency of three to
four times a week seems reasonable.

It's an awfully specific order to place, I know, but I can't find out
if someone's willing/able to fill it unless I make my desires known.
