Allegedly, the only way to capture another player is by initiating a force
military order against them (not allowing for failed covert actions).  So
in theory, since your opponent did not issue a force military order against
you, he should not capture your characters.  I've never had any characters
captured in that way, but I've never lost a battle I've initiated.  I think.

As near as we've been able to tell, guild bonus is additive and crown bonus
is multiplicative (applied at the end).  So it would be

((216 - 216)/2 + 45) * 1.4) = 63% chance.
