Congradulations!  You are the winner of the net.god-like.rollup of the
year.  You have three choices:

1) 9-10-7-21-21-9-7  I know we all say "get 11 DF!".   I would make an
exception in this case.  Don't waste this on a ST, PS or TP.  DF to low
for AB.  With a 7 DF, I would keep it to offensives, with good attack
bonuses: SL, LU, BA.  If you make a BA out of this, you're nuts.
Slashers can use the SC.  LU get better ratings (especially Defense).

2) 9-10-7-21-17-9-11.  PL or PS (or LU, or SL)

3) 9-10-7-17-21-9-11   This is the TP or WS option.  I would do this only
if you have a pathological fear of 21 WT (it's not unheard of).

As this rollup can only be considered a "Proto-Primus-God", I would go
LU, or PL, with SL a close 3rd.  Historically, these styles do well in
Primus.  1 big reason to go SL is that 9-7 ST/SZ combo is a little low.
SL do better damage than LU ('cause they can use SC and BS!!!).  If his
roll-up sheet comes back 'Little Damage', train ST IMMEDIATELY, until you
increase it.
