Can a single character make two "Nation Sell to Caravans" orders? I know that you cannot duplicate skill-orders, but what about this (which is a 'Misc'). How tough is Galadriel? I have the option to challenge her with somebody of challenge rank 143. If a poor (30-40) agent attempts to "Steal Gold" (assuming nobody is guarding the location) does he/she risk death, or just failure? How much risk (would you estimate) an Agent-80 would be taking in attempting to assassinate a Commander-70 ?
