Hi,

I started playing W&W two weeks ago, and already I am up to my eyebrows
in
guesswork. I like the game, but I  really hate not knowing the details of
MY OWN
units.

I was able to recruit a Prince, Duke, Nomads and Marauders in my first
turn, which
means I have four subject to cast the Describe Unit spell on. Next turn I
will summon
three Dragons, an Ethereal being, and at least three extra units of
varying type. So
for the next 9 turns or so, I am trying to find out what my own units are
capable of.
Even basic information, like "can they use missile fire?", or "what
spells can
they cast?" takes a spell to find out. I can imagine the king getting
into a frenzy over
this: "Just look at them dammit ! Do they have bows ? Just *ask* them if
they know
any spells ! They can tell ME ! I am the King, am I not ?".

Seriously, I suspect that the limitation of 1 Describe Unit per turn is
just a way to make
you sign up a second time for the game, because you will have an unfair
advantage over
novice players.

Therefore, my question:

Is there anyone out there willing to make public a list of units in W&W ?
If not, is anybody interested in exchanging information about units ?

or foe.
