Do Half-Elves have the same recharge rate as all other non-elves, or do they hav a higher rate? I'd expect it to be lower than elves, but hopefully higher than non-elves. Does anyone out there have a half-elf with universe magic, or know someone who does? I'm about to start a second character, and I'me trying to decide whether to make it an elf or half-elf.
