It has 3 main functions : 1) Keep track of opponents. 2) Keep detailed account of your warriors and provide statistics on useful facts, such as average skill learn. 3) A formula to optimize a new recruit for maximum possible starting skills. It uses a professional GUI interface with mouse support and 32-bit extended mode, capable of handling up to 4GB of data (as if anyone would come close). It's worth the download.
