I reckon that the game would be a lot better without Challenge +.  The ability to
fight an average of 3 fights an hour merely means you reach the point you are at
faster, and with less attention to the details of weapon/armour/strategy
combinations of your opponents.

One thing I did think of to do with money - medical costs.  If you get badly
wounded, then it costs money to get yourself patched up again.  If you don't have
enough money you die.  Nice and simple, no?

Finally, I want to enter a plea for the case of the defensive warrior.  I can
consistently do 2-1 or better with my offensive warriors, but the best defensive
style I have seen barely manages to break 1-1 by much.  Certainly my defensive
warrior seems to get taken out in the first round often enough despite having a
defensive strategy and defensive vigour of 9.

Maybe it is just too easy to go flat out for the 2 or 3 rounds that most
fights seem to last.
