RSI Customer Service From: JFLETCH@ASNTSU.asn.net Date: Fri, 12 Nov 1993 21:38:22 +0000 I agree with the person that said that the best way to get RSI to do something is to stay on the line until it is done, but there is an even better way. GET TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH. I have come to know some of the RSI employees personally, and I have had little or no problems with service (I didn't really have problems before I knew them). I am not saying that it is good that getting to know them helps, but it does. I agree that they should strive to improve the quality of service whether they like who they are dealing with or not, but I also know that I get my turns on time and in order. I have been playing for almost 2 years , and have had no more than two or three input errors and very few misprints. Maybe I have just been lucky and missed all the great screw ups, but I really have no problem with the service (perhaps bacause I know what they have to deal with). Finall, I agree with most of the others that posted when they say if you don't like it get out. There are other games out there after all. Later. James. Up
