DM: my letter to RSI From: dao@deadhead.mitre.org (David A. Ondzes) Date: Fri, 12 Nov 1993 14:24:51 +0000 I recently wrote a letter to RSI. First a little background. I started playing DM back when it first started 10+ years ago. I owe RSI about $120. I wrote RSI a letter saying that money was tight and that I intend to pay my debt as soon as possible. I sent in a check for $25 with one strategy for Picasso in arena 100, a $3 dollar charge. I explained to them that I intend to keep sending in $25 each time I send in a strategy for Picasso and I ask them to please run my warrior. Well guess what ... they did not run my guy and they cashed my check. If they ran my guy then they would be lowering my debt by $22. I do not think it was an unreasonable request on my part especially since I am one of their original customers, my account numbers is < 150. So this whole incident has finally made me give up on RSI, it is obvious they are not interested in keeping their old customers happy, they would rather just get new ones. So now I have a bunch of warrior for sale, at all different skill levels. If you are interested then I can email you all their overviews and we can talk about a fair price.
