While it may not be phenomenal, it is better than the old days where a busy signal was the only thing you could get when calling customer service. (To the person who wanted the warrior n 105 and ended up in 100) The best way to get RSI to do switches if they have been done incorrectly is to stay on the line with customer service until they hae fixed it. This type of scenario has happened to me 2 or 3 times, and each time was promptly fixed while I stayed on the line with them. A TV challenge lasts approximately 6 months it's hard for me to belive that you let it expire while waiting for the switch. (sorry about the missing letters, this keypad isn't the greatest) Scott Up
