If it was, it would not be so difficult for them to change even the simple things. I think the letter is a waste of time since it will fall on deaf ears. When we played, we sent in plenty of suggestions, but nothing ever happened just like always. The attitude at RSI seems to be 'Why fix something when plenty of people keep on playing?' I do think you are trying to butter them up far too much. They know the problems that are occuring and will not fail to notice the fact you are trying to butter 'em. If you really must send them a letter, make it simple by stating the areas that you feel are doing ok, and then the ones that could use the improvement. I wish you luck. Michael Up
