If you'll notice, it make sort of a series along the lines of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, etc with the entries being the numbers of skills between each rating (ie 4 from ex to ad ex, and 6 from ad ex to master). Yes, you do get p. points for TV's. In fact, one of my first guys in advanced never held a throne, but TV'ed three times and went in 21 fights. James. "People don't do what they believe.
