I can only suggest reading the buggers as most of the said itmes seem to be scrolls and books. The other action is to activate them. Of course this can be dangerous.... There are some parallells from previous games. I have cast most of the Rune spells on the The Lost Troll King Book in COA. It yields similar null results and is a title requirement item..... Dean Up
