Re: Duelmasters From: JFLETCH@ASNTSU.asn.net Date: Mon, 22 Nov 1993 21:34:49 +0000 I agree with Mr. Hitz on the issue of getting your set up over the phone, but I don't agree with some of the other things that he mentioned. I have spent easily more than one hour on a turn, but that is not really on the turn itself, some of that time is in research and evaluation (sounds a lot more technical than it is). It all depends on the level of involvement that you choose to go to. Role-players would (I'm sure) spend well in excess of an hour on a turn. The serious mega-manager/ number cruncher types (who everyone hate to run with, but everyone loves to mooch off of) might spend time on turns "reading between the lines". True, filling out strategies take no more than 30 min tops, but I warn you, this game is addictive and will sap your time and money. I highly recommend it, and probably couldn't stop playing if I wanted to. I started it as a way to get some mail and have something to work with at college, and now I spend more than I should. 1 slow team turned into 3 fast and ADM real quick. Whatever you do, have fun. James. PS- If you want more info on the game send me e-mail and I'll get back to ASAP Up
