You can but alot of thought into it, but I havn't found it helps that much! OTOH, you shoudn't blindly go about it. The most time involves 'role-playing- stuff, like writing personal ads, and team spotlights... I can't imagine taking more than about an hour to do one turn... Warning: The game is not easy to play without help from experienced managers. It's not your fault, it's just that the game is unforgiving, and slightly counter-intuitive. Also, the rules are very sketchy, approaching useless.
