I have one general and one specific question about getting its economy up and running (I'm in NIC, in case thats relevant). In general, what are the features of a location affect its productivity? All I know of are 1) SEI (affected by admin engineering actions and guilds) 2) Popsegs which have special production abilities (e.g. mithril axe) make more gold. 3) I'm told that guilds also have a "hidden" SEI add - how does this work? Are there other hidden SEI adds? I assume that there is more than this to it, but what else is there? I'd like to get this place cranking. If I add pop to a force and want to do an S28 order to that force, do I have to calculate what the new cost will be or can I use the current cost? The formula is apparently (Pop^^1.5)/200 - does this hold for all population levels, or are there any discontinuities? It seems that it gets hard to keep this up once you get really large pops unless you have a very high level engineer indeed.
