Well, it sounds like he/she is a bit overbalanced with maybe too much speed/deft. You should have posted the numbers, they are more important. However, you did get 6 statements under wit which can very loosely be attributed to a very good luck factor on your part. In general, the most important of these statements are the damage, damage taking, endurance and carrying capacity. The others are not tremendously helpful despite the fact that they look tremendously useful. I would guess that this is something like 7-8-7-21-9-15-17 or so. I would say that this is somewhat unbalanced. You could safely lower the speed to about 7 and use those extra points in the other areas.
