I never have figured this one out. Yes, it was most people's opinion that damage, decise, attack bonuses would come from using a weapon 2 handed. Also, most people would want to crit dodge instead of parry. Probably to also attack with best hand, too. Minor plug for Adventurers Guild. :) In AG, you get to set your defense: parry w/right hand, parry w/left hand, dodge, retreat, ignore attacks.
