Description:

Avatars of Dyson is a multi-genre game based on GURPS 3rd edition rules.
We won�t be working up character sheets.  However, character development
will be essential to start.  All characters must be approved PRIOR to
admission to the website.  All requests to join the website will be
rejected until characters are cleared.

Players will be from a Modern Era.  Each character will have one thing in
common.  They just died.  They might not even realize it.  They will
awaken � or rather �hatch� - in a rather odd fashion in bodies not their
own.  Call it reincarnation.  There will be no gear to start, merely your
wits.  Original character age is meaningless.  All new bodies are usually
a physiological 21.  You could have been 80 years old on your deathbed and
still awaken young and healthy.  The bodies have no scars, no tans, and no
hair (like freshly grown clones).

Players will be expected to remain active or be removed from the website,
their characters to become victims of the hazards of the game world.  If
you are going to play, please be ready to commit yourself to posting
regularly.  Note the posting frequency of the game before you apply.  I am
looking for players who can post daily if possible, every other day at the
very least.  NO LURKERS.

TO APPLY:  Send an email with a sample of writing, character description,
complete with background, origins, personality, etc.  Be thorough.  Bear
in mind that you won�t have gear, nor attributes.  I am looking for
backgrounds, professions and personality.  You will get a Spam block
message the first time you send me an email.  Sorry, but I deal with a lot
of spam.
