I've heard some pretty finicky managers, but making a 21 DF a *requirement*
for an AB roll-up seems awfully damn picky to me.  It's been my experience
that a 17 DF is a pretty good number,  If I had a chance, I'd take those
extra 4 points and put it onto WT, ST, and WL (in that order).
