Russian Civil War PBEM anyone?

I am looking for players for a PBEM game of Russian Civil War, the SPI
'Power Politics ' game, of 1976 vintage and long out of print. I am
offering to GM a game using its standard PBM rules (rules section 17.0).
You will need your own copy of the game to play.

I plan to start on Monday February 28th. The first phase of the first
turn will last a fortnight, with subsequent phases lasting one week.
Moves will be due on Fridays at 18.00 GMT and be returned by Monday
12.00 GMT. Allowing for a gap for the Easter weekend, five turns each of
two phases should be complete by Friday May 20th. If the game has not
been won by then, since combat units are not replaced after turn 5, it
ought to be finished sometime in early June.

your reply otherwise. Please reply to me personally and not to the
