A PBM System From: Paul_Epp@mindlink.bc.ca (Paul Epp) Date: Fri, 25 Feb 1994 02:05:48 +0000 I've wanted to start a small PBM for my local area using just local message networks (for my friends that aren't lucky enough to have access to the internet) Well I need to find a system that can somehow be used on an IBM PC or just on paper. And the rules must be freeware in electronic form so I can easily distrubute them for free. I want it to be a more strategy PBM not an FRP but any info on both would be much appreachiated.
