Indeed, doing an H 5 0 464 should do the trick (if 464 is the right number for
hides, that is. This order should (if I remember the syntax correctly) attempt
to sell your item number 464 (which I believe is Hides) to the Town Officials
(0) from your character no. 5.
 Of course, the ultimate order is H 99 0 464, which sells off all skins in one
go. If the officials dont pay for one of your hides, it wont be sold.
Essentially, this command sells off all hides that are sellable in the current
settlement.

I'm kind of tired right now, so the numbers and syntaxes above may be
far off target, but the facts are correct (I did it myself last turn). Please
bear over with me :)
